Welcome to Two Sisters Creative Boutique - Creators of Spirit Drop (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [shopspiritdrop.com] (the “Site”) and the purchase or subscription of our craft/holiday boxes and related products (the “Services”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state/country) to purchase or subscribe.
  • By ordering, you confirm that all information you provide (name, shipping address, billing info, etc.) is accurate and complete.

2. Subscriptions, Orders & Payment

  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you select at checkout (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Your payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal period until you cancel.
  • Orders for each month’s box close at the end of the prior month (or as otherwise posted). Any orders placed after the cutoff will apply to the next month’s box.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. If prices increase, you will be notified in advance.

3. Cancellations & Skips

  • You may cancel or skip a box at any time before the order cutoff date for that month.
  • After the cutoff date, your order is locked, processed, and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through your online account or by contacting us at hello@shopspiritdrop.com.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Boxes ship by the 10th of each month (or the next business day).
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including weather, carrier delays, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by you.
  • Shipping is currently available to U.S. only. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes where applicable.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Boxes are non-returnable due to their curated, time-sensitive nature.
  • If your box arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, you must contact us at hello@shopspiritdrop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  • Upon review, we may (at our discretion):
  • Send replacement items
  • Issue store credit
  • Provide a partial or full refund
  • We do not provide refunds for late deliveries caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or “change of mind” once the cutoff date has passed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Site and inside our boxes (craft instructions, designs, artwork, logos, text, etc.) are the property of Two Sisters Creative Boutique and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials without our written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • You agree not to use our Site or Services to:
  • Engage in unlawful activity
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Post harmful, abusive, or false information
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Sisters Creative Boutique is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from your use of our Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or subscription in question.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that boxes will meet personal expectations beyond what is described.
  • Colors, designs, or variations may differ slightly from promotional images.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Perry County, Alabama, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
